Red Frog Buddy Training is a cost effective way to exercise. You will get all the benefits of a Personal Trainer, but be able to share the costs with your buddy.

Working out with a friend(s) or partner is great motivation in itself, keeping you focused and committed to your personal training, whilst being able to share the experience with someone close to you.

The buddy personal training session can be tailored to you both individually, regardless of your fitness levels or your desire to achieve different personal training goals.

Who are Red Frog Buddy Training sessions for?

  • Everyone! (over the age of 18) in Milton, Bardon, Paddington, Toowong, Auchenflower, Red Hill areas
  • They are suitable for people all fitness levels and ages
  • Our trainers tailor each session to suit your levels of fitness and exercise experience
  • Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness athlete, Buddy Training sessions are designed to cater to a wide range of health goals and fitness levels

Session Length

  • 45 minutes
  • Can be catered to suit your needs; 30 mins, 60 mins etc.


What to bring to Buddy Training

  • Towel and/or your favourite exercise mat
  • Water
  • Sun protection (Hat, sunscreen etc.)
  • Personal medication, if required (e.g. Asthma inhaler)
  • A positive attitude!
