Welcome to Red Frog Fitness
Hi, my name is Charles and I am the founder of Red Frog Fitness in Brisbane. I started this outdoor group fitness bootcamp business to combine my love for the outdoors and my passion for a fun, energetic and active lifestyle.
Through my own experiences, I believe I can help you to achieve your fitness goals. I have been overweight. I have had debilitating injuries. I understand the challenges of living with chronic pain. I have a love for beer and wine and the ‘naughty’ foods that cause so many day-to-day temptations.
I also understand how getting fit and strong, physically and mentally, can help you to conquer all the challenges life throws at you. I love exercising outdoors and in groups and I want to transfer my passion to others.
I am a registered Certificate IV Personal Trainer. My personal fitness passions are obstacle course challenges and full range of motion and body weight exercise. I have learnt to love running and can help you to do the same.
Red Frog Fitness was created to inspire and motivate people to live an active and energetic life. I can help you to get in the best shape of your life so you can enjoy it to the fullest!
Our mission statement at Red Frog Fitness is simple and effective: “We inspire individuals to achieve their goals through exercise”
To break it down for you, we just don’t train people, we just don’t turn up to sessions and motivate them; we literally inspire them!
We find ways that will constantly have them stimulated, achieving results and more importantly, coming back!
The second part of our mission encompasses a whole selection of things we do, but very simply we have the desire to get results for people. In our words, it’s really saying “what we can do for you”. We help determine your goals, and get you there…well we don’t just get you there; we literally inspire you to get there!
